"Great location but be prepared for the climb back up the hill from town! The parking involved a bit of shuffling but it was easy enough and superb to have an EV charger. We had the smallest room which doesn’t have a seaview but we knew that before coming and the room was lovely and cosy, with plush carpets, linen and towels. I wasn't sure what it'd be like without a staffed reception but it was easy to get hold of someone if you needed anything."

However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. "This is the best B & B I ever stayed in. The accommodation is superb, The house is beautifully decorated and adorned by marvellous paintings by a local artist. The hosts Pablo and Grove are friendly, welcoming and generous. The breakfast menu was excellent, everthing is homemade and in the afternoon we were offered tea, coffee and amazing cake. The only disadvantage is that you have to drive elsewhere in the evening for dinner though I believe the hosts can provide additional meals if requested....

"The property was lovely. We had just come in on a trans Atlantic flight that day. We ate at the hotel that night which was really good in addition to being relaxing. They had a reserved table for us. Breakfast the next morning was very nice; fresh fruit platter then whatever breakfast you wanted. Family owned and run. The staff commented on how nice it was to work for the family."
