"As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly by Olaf who informed us that our room was already available despite us being nearly four hours before check in time. She gave us each a fresh orange juice as we checked in and then spent time with us explaining the highlights of St Lucia and booked us a wetlands boat trip for the next day. Breakfast was delightful. "Fiona and Jan are friendly and welcoming. Mine was a business trip, but the area is beautiful and if you are into sea fishing - Jan is your man. Within easy walking distance of the local restaurants, but watch out for wandering hippos - they always have right-of-way!"

"Safari tents were great (we stayed in one with a bathroom) it was awesome. More like a hotel room in a tent and much nicer than a lot of hotels we've stayed in!! I didn't think the area was that great. One night is long enough to see the Hippos unless you want to do a Safari. Book a small boat, the bigger ones are very touristy."

"Very helpful and pleasant staff. Word of advice- if you are in SA in summer, beware of power cuts(this id country wide), as during those times there are no air-conditioners, only fans (Ndiza has a generator). When it is 40 degrees that makes a difference."

"I always go to lake view however the condition of this particular unit was terrible The kitchen drawers was in a bad state where there were ants and cockroaches to a degree where the pots and pans needed to be washed before use No upgrades to this unit making me think twice to book again. Got pics and videos There are no coasters, I made my own out of a pizza box I always respect other people’s property as if it was my own Staff however extremely friendly "
