"Lovely view of the lake from our room. Room was spacious. Cleaning lacked attention to detail - there was dust on the shelves by the kettle. The shower gel had been watered down. I wouldn’t eat in either of the restaurants if I stayed again. Food was overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was very busy and only one coffee machine for decaf coffee so had to wait quite a long time to access the machine Staff were friendly. "

"Cosy, well equipped cottage in a quiet location. Nice enclosed garden for our dog and a short walk into the village or to the river. Good communication with Julia and a nice little welcome pack."

"Good choice for breakfast & staff very helpful at all times. Nice sitting rooms. Had dinner on one night - menu had reasonable choice but some items not available. Service very efficient & all staff efficient & pleasant. Only issue is car parking which is restricted."

"The room was spotless and communal areas were very clean and tidy. It had a nice cosy atmosphere and staff were welcoming on arrival. Staff very helpful and polite during the stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice of options to suit any taste. It was really nice to see local ingredients being used. Parking was fine, it was a bit tricky getting in the car park but we didn’t have any issues finding a space on the road if it was full. We had an evening meal which was also very tasty. Rooms had all you could need amenities."

"Great apartment, lovely village location and ideally situated just outside of Cirencester (10 mins) for access to the local area and Cotswolds.Communication from the hosts was great, check-in instructions and directions were clear and the self check-in / out process was super simple.The apartment although compact was comfortable, well equipped for a self-catered stay, and most importantly clean. Vehicle parking was simple and convenient, amenities such as WiFi included and appreciated.I'd happily recommend this apartment and would certainly stay again for future trips."

"Check in was easy with a breakfast card ready for our selections. Parking is limited but more over the road. Room was very clean and had plenty of extras. Tea and coffee, water, biscuits and chocolate on the beds. "
