"The location of this hotel is great, but unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. Our room had no windows, felt dark and claustrophobic, and had almost no space to store or hang clothes. Basic amenities were inconvenient, like having to go to another floor just to iron. Housekeeping was also terrible—our room was never cleaned, the bed was never made, and towels were never replaced during our stay. They also charge £15 per bag for luggage storage, which felt excessive. The absolute worst part was finding a bed bug crawling on our bed sheets the morning we were leaving. I had been waking up with painful, itchy bites on my legs and thought they were mosquito bites, but seeing the bed bug confirmed otherwise. It was disgusting and disturbing to realize I had spent two nights sleeping in those conditions. I ended up needing medical attention after returning home because of how severe the bites became. Staff seemed unfazed when I reported it, which was honestly shocking. Between the poor service, hidden fees, and serious bed bug issue, I would never stay here again."

"I was traveling solo to visit friends and family in London. The Marble Arch hotel proved to be an excellent base for operations - very close to Oxford Street, Hyde Park, and transportation. Easy trip to/from Heathrow via Bond Street tube station and the Elizabeth Line. The hotel has been a fixture for decades but is completely modernized and very well maintained. My room was perfect for a single traveler - comfortable bed and pillows, ample closet space, a desk, and bathroom with great shower. Choosing a London hotel can be overwhelming but I felt the Marble Arch Hotel was an ideal balance of location, quality, and value. I did not sample the dining, so I have no advice in that regard, however there are so many dining options in the area you can find whatever your appetite is craving."

"Hotel room was great for a short weekend in London. Staff were always friendly and happy to help. Building in a good area with easy access to both Paddington and Underground. My only complaint was staff members dragging in metal trolleys of linen at 06:45-07:00 in the morning on both Sunday and Monday. Despite that I would stay again."

"A delightful airy room situated on the 21st floor. Comfy bed and small but adequate bathroom. Disappointed to find old fashioned tea and coffee making facilities. Would have expected a coffee machine. The space between the bed end and the large tv is very narrow and care is needed if visiting the bathroom at night. Sadly Hilton fell short of expectations."
