"We recently enjoyed a week on Amelia Island and stayed in this very nice 4th floor renovated condo. It was spacious and quiet with an awesome view of the beach and ocean and one of the nicer condos we have stayed in at Surf and Racquet. Just a short walk to the beach which was never crowded. The condo owner was very prompt in answering emails and seemed genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. A good week of R&R!"

"We had a wonderful stay for Mother's Day weekend. we loved the location and the condo had everything we needed. We loved that there were Menu's to the local restaurants. This helped make our decisions for dinner much easier, especially since this was our first time to SSI. We enjoyed this condo so much and plan on coming back next year."

"This unit is perfect for groups of 4-8. It's only a 5 minute drive to basically anywhere on the island and the neighborhood is quiet and calm. The only negative I could think of was that there was no free streaming/TV options available. You'll need to log into your own streaming services to watch any sort of TV."
