"Clean comfortable room in Westgate thus a stroll from Margate itself. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is provided daily. "

"Staff are overworked. They have to check you in while serving at the bar. We were charged by Expedia and charged a second time when we checked in for the stay. Expedia refused to assist in the resolution, saying we had to work it out with the hotel. "

"The communication with the host was phenomenal with very clear instructions which made the check in process very easy. The entire home was very clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. The host were very friendly and warm check in on arrival and also asked that I let them know if anything was required through out the stay. "Basic single room, not very comfortable bed, and i supose ia m not used to the road noise as i was kept awake by the traffic. The positive note was that it was cheap for £ 53.00 P/N. so i am not complaining. You pay for what you get. "
