"Everything was great in the end, but it was fully automated. We saw no staff, no one was reachable by phone. My entry code had gone to my junk mail so I didn’t find it until we had sat to eat and it crossed my mind to check. Room was great, bed was comfy, room was quiet. Parking was close and easy to find, just wish there had been tech support that could have confirmed the email address so we could have been in an hour earlier at our designated entry time."
