"It says while booking that parking is free but actually it is not, guests are rushed to move the cars from free parking early morning else they woukd be charged a parking ticket."

The bedrooms have been partially renovated but there is much to be done and there is a need for a deep clean and a repair and repaint of the rooms. "Apartment itself was nice. Comfortable bed and kitchen/living room good. Key issues: Cleanliness - pots and pans dirty and not properly washed. Naturally question how clean everything else was! Missing amenities: no shower gel/shampoo provided even though stated in the booking confirmation. Quite frustrating when you turn up late after work and then end up having to go back out to purchase basics such as this. "As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. "
