The net curtains were black from never being cleaned, air conditioning unit has never been cleaned, a single seater chair thats never been cleaned as its thick with black caked on dirt and is full of dust/dead bugs and the shower was either boiling hot or ice cold nothing inbetween. I had my wife and 2 year old with me and just as we had settled it would have been a pain to move rooms. Told reception in the morning who couldnt care less( think her name was nisha(but she was indian)) absolute poor service from her and she shouldnt be in hospitality. "

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our initial room had several moths, which was not ideal. We were aware that a wedding was taking place at the hotel; however, the music was so loud that it made it impossible to sleep. As we were travelling with four young children, this made the situation particularly challenging. To their credit, the staff handled the situation well and moved us to a room on the fourth floor, which we were grateful for. That said, it was unreasonable to expect guests to pay for a room where the noise levels made it so difficult to rest."

"Nothing like turning up after a long journey and there is no one at the front desk. Then after pressing the button several times I saw a person in the back eating and I had to call out to him. Spare yourself from using the expensive vending machine and walk to Sainsbury on the corner of the street. You have to pay 8 pounds for parking. Ridiculous."
