"The check in attendant was very rude to every one checking in, including us. The room had an inch thick of dust along the sides of the actual bed and behind all of the drawers and the bed. I bet the room hadn’t been dusted in years, except for the obvious things (sheets/linens and bathroom.) These things don’t have to get cleaned but once or twice a year. So that means a lot of corner cutting. Nice hotel otherwise, really trying to be an upscale stay but upscale hotels never let their guard down in any facet of their business."
