FREE parking for up to 4 cars is easy on the property and we are across the street from the beach. There is beach access right on 7th street across Gulf Blvd, only a 2 minute walk.
The units are fully furnished with flat screen HDTVs in the living room and all bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Wifi, washer and dryer in the unit, large private fenced pool area and an exterior shared balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the pool area so you can watch the kids swim.
There is a large glassed in porch/sunroom with outdoor seating for extra space in unit D
Both units are on the FIRST FLOOR.
