Step from the ground-floor patio toward the sand at Stones Throw #3 in Indian Rocks Beach. This two-bedroom, two-bath beachfront suite pairs Gulf views with a full kitchen, living area and in-unit washer and dryer. Two queen beds and a twin provide the main sleeping setup; an optional air mattress allows up to seven guests with an extra fee. The patio and parking area are shared with the complex. One parking space is included, along with beach supplies for easy days by the water.

Two queen bedrooms, with an additional twin in the primary room. An optional air mattress permits up to seven guests; an extra fee applies. Two full bathrooms, full kitchen with dishwasher, Smart TV and in-unit washer and dryer. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are provided.

OUTDOOR ACCESS
The ground-floor patio opens toward the Gulf beach. Patio and parking areas are shared with the complex. One parking space is included. Pets require prior approval and a $175 fee per pet, per stay. Beach fires are prohibited.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
The booking guest must be at least 21. A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID and verification selfie must be completed online before arrival; this cannot be done in person. Refunds are not issued for failure to complete these requirements.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program - you're covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine.

The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE:
Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay - please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

- ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
