"Such a shame it’s a lovely hotel but no air conditioning in the hotel we had a terrible four nights sleep the room was so hot they did provide a fan , no blinds in the bathroom so all the sun shining through making the bedroom even hotter really hope the new owners make some changes"

"Location is brilliant, across the road from the beach, Thai restaurant(would recommend), pub(not much noise if any which was good), bookmakers, and local shop that sells everything(Alcohol, soap, soft drinks, cigarettes, fishing rods). The beach at night is lovely for an early night time walk. As for the actual hotel itself, sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool( family friendly only goes to 1.3meter in depth) is well maintained, choice at the bar was good, with a lovely outdoor seating area looking over towards the beach. Would definitely recommend the breakfast, we went bed and breakfast and the choice at breakfast was superb, cereals, fruit, croissants, pancakes, hot food( bacon,sausage etc), overall we felt as a family it was well worth the money and we would very much stay again."

"It was such an astounding experience we had. The room was pretty clean and the view outside the hotel was amazing. Specially the breakfast buffet was extremely overwhelming. Had an amazing time being there. One of the best experiences we had in Jersey. Would definitely choose your hotel again. Kudos 🎉"

"Hotel staff were excellent but the fabric of the hotel left much to be desired. We were made very welcome and staff were most helpful, it's just a pity that some furniture was quite shabby and needs updating. One major problem was the bathroom where taking a shower was potentially dangerous, the baths are difficult to step in and out of due to their design which slopes too steeply."

"The Pomme D'or is a beautiful hotel. The staff and facilities were first class in my opinion. The hotel is charming and located right in the center of St Hellier. Everyone we interacted with was smiling and eager to help. Definitely recommend this to all."

"Gardens, pool & aviary all in fine condition, a pleasant and interesting layout to the whole site. Room decor a little tired and this was an old-style small single bed with a mattress approaching the end of its service life. Could hear noises from guest in next room but nothing too intrusive. Food at dinner very nice if a bit portion-controlled. Cheerful staff were helpful and kept up a good atmosphere. Was my 2nd visit and I hope to return"
