Centrally Located Condominium in St. Simons Island

  • Hodnett Cooper presents this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Ocean Walk town home.

    Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within biking distance of the Village Pier, numerous shops and restaurants, as well as the beach.

    Century old oaks shade the various buildings, while palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools. Other community amenities include a sizeable duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a playground.

    This town home floorplan is two stories, with the kitchen, living room, half bath, and dining room downstairs. All three bedrooms are located upstairs.

    Small pets accepted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

    This location provides streaming TV services only.

    Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Bunk bed with Twin over King (new photo coming soon)

Great location

Ocean walk is conveniently located south end of island. You can walk to the pier , shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend.

Our Stay

We have been coming to SSI for decades and love the island. This is the first time we stayed in an Ocean Walk townhome; we LOVED the location of this unit. In the back of the complex; quiet and great patio/back yard. No complaints really w/the exception of some of the beds/mattresses need to be updated. The master bed was uncomfortably firm. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great location condo but needs facelift!

Great location and space. Loved the patio area and access to pools, common areas, ping pong, etc. condo in need of fresh paint in most rooms, especially upstairs. Mattresses old and need replaced—master was very firm!! Master shower had mold/mildew on curtain liner (yuck!) Upstairs also hot at night—need ceiling fans! Would be nice if code for condo door still worked until 10:00 AM/checkout as promised—ours stopped before 8AM and we could have easily been locked out.

This condo is very quiet, nice, and convenient to EVERYTHING St Simons has to offer. We rented a golf cart, was perfect to drive to dinner, beach (keep your car clean), and market. Would stay there next trip to the island.

We had a great stay. It was roomy and comfortable. I will say, the plumbing needs some attention. The toilets get clogged easily.
