The Skiff Landing community has private access off of Frederica Rd. Nestled behind Longview Plaza, directly behind Shore Birds beverage store.
Travel along the private drive, passing the pond on your left and proceed to the last building on the left. There is 1 assigned parking space (B8) to the unit and convenient guest parking across the assigned space.
Guests will have full private access to the entire condo, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and balcony.
Self-check-in is available via keypad, with your unique entry code provided prior to arrival.
One assigned parking space (B8) is included, along with additional guest parking nearby.
