Convenient location with tasteful decorated condo with many amenities

This private and peaceful condominium is convenient to everything. It is nestled behind Red Fern Village which is home to restaurants, specialty shops and services. This tastefully decorated condo is located mid-south amongst the salt marshes and moss adorned oak trees. Many of the island's amenities are in walking or biking distance.

It is minutes to Pier Village and the beach, close to all the island’s amenities. A 3 bedroom and 2 bath 1000 square foot unit is tastefully furnished and decorated. Vaulted ceilings in the living room and master bath with sliding doors to the fully furnished balcony.

The Master bath is connected to the master bedroom and a guest bath is next to the 2 guest bedrooms. Comfortably accommodates 6 adults/people. Plenty of closet space in all rooms. Washer and dryer can manage small loads. Fully functional and equipped kitchen.

The complex has a pool and free parking.
