    • Wonderfully located duplex bungalow, you will have full access to the private left side
    • If this unit is booked when you are looking, see our other listing for the right side

    • Check in process is extremely easy with a customized door code
    • We take pride in the cleanliness of our beach home
    • Nice queen size air mattress available if needed
    • Washer & Dryer with detergent provided
    • Sheets and bath towels will be provided, please bring your own beach towels.

    • The location is so good that you could go your entire stay without moving your car. You can easily walk to several restaurants (Crab Daddies, Crab Trap, Beachcombers BBQ, the market, liquor store, beach access, and more).

    Island activities include: Beach, Golf, Fishing, Paddle boarding, Kayaking, Biking, excellent shopping, restaurants, movie theater, etc.

The property was in a great location and very well maintained and stocked. It was very clean when we arrived and Kyle the owner was very attentive to our needs when we had difficulty with the TV I would recommend it highly!

Such a nice place to stay with my son and his friend in SSI. While not on the beach, it was just a short walk to a nice stretch of East Beach. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Nicely laid out place for an overnight

This place is reasonable in cost and is in a great location. The living area is nice and the couch is comfy. Very well stocked with amenities. The beds are not comfy and we ran into mosquitos in the bedroom.

Great location if your main attraction is the beach! The beach is walking distance from the house. There are popular local restaurants just walking distance from the house as well. The house has another connected to it. We had a neighbor, but NEVER heard them. The kitchen has what you need on vacation. The laundry room has laundry soap and dryer sheets. The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable!!! I slept like a rock! Saint Simon’s is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for a “small town feel”. We love the beach, but Myrtle is too “crazy busy” for us. Target, Lowe’s, Walmart, and other main chains are only 15-20 minutes away. This is a great family location! We are a family of 5 and were comfortable with the space provided. We would definitely stay here again!!
