Your home away from home awaits you here on beautiful Saint Simons Island Ga. Welcome to Shipwatch, a family friendly complex right on the beach where this condo will have all of the necessities for a perfect beach vacation. There is some excellent restaurants within walking distance or you can prepare your own meals in the full kitchen. Supplied with the condo is 2 beach cruiser bikes, some beach chairs, beach towels, a few beach toys, and a cart to haul everything down there and back. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and other bedroom has 2 twins. Government per diem's accepted depending on length of stay.

Been coming to Shipwatch my entire life. It is like a home away from home. The check in/out process was super easy. The unit is just as described. The bed in the primary is probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Had everything you needed to have a great week at the beach. Overall everything in the unit was great, cannot wait to come back next year!

Great Family Vacay!

We had an amazingly relaxing stay! The location is wonderful. We were able to watch lots of fireworks from the beach on the 4th which was a great suprise!! The property was well maintained and the pool area was a great place to unwind!

Location to town and beach access was perfect for us. Pool area uncrowded and spacious. Unit was perfect for three people. Host responded promptly to messages. Some minor bumps and bruises with wifi and washing machine addressed by host in timely fashion.

Very nice condo with everything we needed. Great with a dog. Beach is a bit of a walk, but very nice. Great beach. Able to walk to great restaurants. Area was peaceful. Only comment on cleanliness was the appliances were a bit greasy. Would love to stay here again. Washer and dryer in the unit.

Baseball at the beach

Overall it's a great condo! Nothing over the top and easy access to all parts of St. Simmons. Yes it's a little bit of a walk to the beach from the condo, but its a very easy walk with private access. We came for a baseball tournament and it was perfect since we were in and out of the condo a lot between games and spending time with the baseball families.

LOVE THIS PLACE!

Stayed here for a girls weekend vacation and I am so glad we found this gem. The property owner was extremely responsive and so accommodating. The property was beautiful on the inside with cute but not cheesy decor. The beach is a short walk out the back of the property. The property owner has tons of beach chairs, wagon, bikes, and beach toys for guest to use which made the stay even more enjoyable. Loved my stay and can’t wait to take my entire family here next year.

Nice condo and location. Beach is a bit of a walk though the dunes. Dogs loved the large field behind the condos to run and play. We will definitely be returning. Host, Ben very attentive to our needs. Even texted that we could check in a little earlier. Would rent this condo again.

A little gem

Great little spot for my daughter and I to enjoy spring break. It is definitely an older building and there are many places that are far more updated but it was comfortable and had what we needed for a 5 day stay. It is very easy to walk/bike to restaurants, coffee shops and the pier area. it is quiet and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed having access to beach chairs so we did not have to bring them. Also enjoyed that there are some paper products even though I always come prepared. Easy to just enjoy a vacation here!

Property is a little older and in need of some repairs around the complex. Overall a great experience. The location of the condo gave access to many restaurants and shops. Ben was quick to repond to any concerns sent to him. The elevator was a nice addition to getting our luggage up 3 flights.

Great condo on the beach

Beautiful third floor condo with everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The beds we’re comfortable, the location was gorgeous and the restaurants around were amazing. The elevator made loading and unloading a breeze, the pool was big enough to not feel crowded, the kitchen was well stocked and the parking was fair. I have a Ram 1500 and it was a tight squeeze into the garage so I parked in the lot inside the automated gate. We love SSI and will definitely be back. Hopefully this exact unit is available again when we come!
