Pool View - optional BIKES - Walk 2 Pier Village

Newly renovated 1 bedroom condo has the best balcony view. U will enjoy the south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 the pier, shops, & restaurants. Walk to live music! Master has a King size bed & the living room has sleeper sofa. Unit comes w/ furnishings & BUSINESS CLASS WIFI. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated) laundry facilities (coin operated). 2 bikes to use for additional fee. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. CONTACT ME for a link to ALL listings.

*Usage of 2 Bike during your entire trip: $20
*Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed).

Price Includes per stay:
4 Bath Towels

1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)
4 Starter Coffee Pods

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

The complex was really easy to get to. Our GPS took us straight there. This is the very first building when you turn in too so access was easy as well. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked fantastic and the hot water was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked for a short stay and had everything we needed. The view is splendid and the pool is very nice as well. The bed and pull out couch were also both very comfortable. Overall a very well maintained rental and we hope to be able to stay here in the future because it had easy access to getting to the beach and pier.

Island Getaway

Great place to stay for a night. We didn’t stay in the unit much except to shower and sleep, but it was clean and in a good area. Communication was fantastic. Would stay again.

Wonderful Three Weeks

This was our 3rd time at Ocean Walk and our first time in this unit. We loved it. The best things about this particular condo are: Dave, the host. He was attentive, responsive, and very caring. The balcony, the view was wonderful, always something to see. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The location, a very easy walk to town. We rented bikes from Dave and he has a lot from which to choose so there should be something for everyone. As others have said, the condo does need some TLC but nothing major. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat.

Exactly what we needed

Loved this place. Comfortable bed and couch and loved the view—especially at night. If I could give the host ten stars, I would, as he was all about making our stay the best. If I had a question it was answered within minutes. Found lots to do in the area with pickleball and restaurants leading the list! Great beach nearby. Hope to get back here soon, and will rebook this property!

Relaxation Get Away

We wanted a couple relaxing days away from it all. That is what we found during our Pool View stay. Comfortable bed, relaxing pool, walking distance to a variety of good food, shopping, parks, and beautiful pier view.

St. Simons

We had the best experience despite Hurricane Debby. The host, Dave, was quick to respond to our needs to extend the trip due to the storm. We were extremely grateful for Dave’s hospitality. The condo was perfect, clean, and had everything we needed. We will be back often. Thanks again!!

Extremely relaxing condo

1.condo was spotless 2. Air conditioning was perfect! 3. King size bed nice & firm 4. Second floor.. very quiet! 5. Parking easy… we parked only feet away from entrance. 6. Kitchen was stocked well. 7. Bathroom was fine, would have loved a handrail by shower. ( for seniors) 8. Condo needs outlets for charging your phones & I pads. Not enough outlets. 9. Lovely porch facing the pool. In the mornings half is in shade. Enjoyed the mornings& evenings. 10. The condo is right in front of complex. Very easy for walking down to St Simon Village. So many great restaurants! The Little Birds great for breakfast!!! The Porch has fantastic chicken tenders, coleslaw, fries!!! 11. The condo is very bright & cheerful!!!! We will be back again.❤️

The place was perfect for us two. Great location, all the interior necessities and a great pool view. I use many travel platforms but this one stands out. I created a problem with my stay and notified the owner of my mistake. He treated me like I was family and his kindness improved my vacation. Most vacation rentals have necessities but the owner set this unit above any comparables. This pool view unit will be my FIRST choice when I return.

Mini Vacation

This is the second time at this property and we were not disappointed. The condo is clean and comfortable with nice view of the pool. Close to the shops and restaurants, walkable if you enjoy a semi-long walk. The heated pool is a real plus for spring or fall stays. This will always be our go to place on the island.
