"There was no hot water for whole day and no one paid attention I had to shower with ice cold water. Then the other morning I had to call the lady to check the temp, she did something and said you can only get room temp or little hotter water because its a weekend the guy will come tomorrow and fix it by the time we had to checkout. "Tequendama Hotel is convenient for its location as well as the plethora of restaurants around to go and eat. The best part of the hotel was the staff: Friendly, attentive and super professional. Breakfast at El Virrey was amazing (Special Thanks to Juan!), The food at Inkai was superb. The downside to the hotel: Noise levels are definitely something to be addressed. Also, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the rooms seem a little worn down. Overall a really good stay."

"True to its name this is a budget hotel. The bedroom and bathroom are tiny but clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is a little worn and downtrodden but interesting and lots of local color. Supermarket 3 blocks away and several small restaurants to choose from."
