"Didn’t realise the whole hotel is covered in construction. We stayed during a windy night and it felt like the wall was going to fly off! The mirror was shaking. Might have been handier if the dog friendly rooms were on the ground floor - being on the third floor wasn’t the most ideal."

"Very pleasant stay. Perfect full English breakfast. Parking on premises or at side of the quiet road if full. The hotel is only 2 star as it is a little dated re decor, but it is very clean, warm & comfortable. Loo rolls & clean towels replaced regularly. A well looked after & well run B&B. We were in room 10 and the shower was a bit weak, however we are used to a power shower with high water pressure at home so maybe that’s why we noticed it. We would definitely stay again. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly & helpful. "

"Rooms were clean, and had all we needed eg kettle, coffee etc.Also had hairdryer.Ensuite was small which was ok but shower head fixed at top and angled vertically, so did not use.Would rate it as ok and cannot fault location."

The space was spotless and thoughtfully laid out, with every amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable stay whether you’re cooking, relaxing or just unwinding after a day out.The location is ideal, set in a quiet and peaceful spot while still being just a short drive from both Llandudno and Conwy. It made exploring the local attractions, coastal walks, and nearby restaurants incredibly easy.Overall, it offered great comfort, convenience, and value. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended!"

"Simply Superb, very close to beach. Very comfortable, spacious and excellent property. Easy parking on site. Very close to all tourist attractions near by. All appliances , wardrobe, beds in fully working conditions. Suitable for 3-4 large families. really enjoyed our stay"
