"Vi fik et værelse helt oppe under kvisten med en stor dobbeltseng og to enkelt senge til trods for at vi kun var to personer. En sofa var placeret meget mærkværdigt bag et skab, og værelset var på ingen måde hyggeligt. Værelset havde ingen aircondition og kun et lille vindue, og det var 35 grader varmt udenfor. "AC is advertised but the property had turned it off centrally, and they didn't heed to our request to enable it. It was too hot in the room so we had a sleepless night. Customer service is really apathetic all around. Minibar was not working and they didn't make any effort to fix it. They just said it would be repaired after we check out. Breakfast buffet was decent."
