Check in instructions did not come 24 hours in advance per the automated response upon booking. On the day of our rental I notified the host we would not make it to the property as we had a death in the family and had to reroute to KC MO.No condolences from Raphael. Just a “So you are not checking in?”I’m sure the house is a fine...

"Home was very clean and provided all of the creature comforts you could want. Stocked with cookware, coffee, utensils...gate and garage door worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay very much! The only negative was the water pressure in all of the sinks. Owner might want to have that looked at."
