"Small village which was lively for when we stayed. No lifts so dragging your luggage up and down stairs for one night is painful. Bed comfortable but tiny room. Are in restaurant for dinner but was very average. Breakfast was included and was a lot better. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a nice place to stop for one night. Parking a bit far away but corner stores and other pubs close by."

"My stay was roughly what I was expecting. The rooms are a bit 'tired' but okay for the money. Biggest concern I had was that the hot water was far too hot, scalding hot in fact, manageable in the shower with the mixer tap but the basin had single taps so the temperature of the water was dangerous. Also the tap had a left handed action, which is bizarre."
