"The hotel was wonderful, situated in the city center, just a 3-minute walk from Manneken Pis and a 5-minute walk from the Grand Place, however, far enough as to be very peaceful and quiet. It was very clean, with a delightful scent as soon as you entered, and the room was spotless and the size of the room very generous. However, the gym facilities were outdated or not functioning properly, with only two out of five machines working. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely stay here...

"The hotel is in a bit of a sketchy area on the outskirts of town. I was a single female travelling on my own and didn’t always feel safe walking in that area. The room was a good size with AC. The bedding was comfortable but unfortunately the bed had a large dip in the middle of the mattress and was hard to sleep on as you couldn’t move out of it. The shower glass was not sealed properly and water leaked all over the floor when you showered. It wasn’t just a little amount of water it was...

"No A/C. No phone in the room to call lobby or room service. No accountability. No help from staff. Didn't clean the room twice. Horrible experience. Location is not as advertised either. Very sketchy at night, so come back before dark. See pictures: an open "bathroom", right downstairs, at the corner of the steet."

"Fantastic location, across the street from Mannekin Pis and about a 2 block walk to the main square. Easy commute from at least two train stations. Numerous waffle, fries, and chocolate shops in spitting distance. Although on a main pedestrian street, everything quieted down before 10pm and so I had no problems sleeping. You do need to climb stairs to reach your room, so if you have mobility issues or extra large bags, this might not be for you. I travel with a backpack so a non-issue. ...
