"The room was serviced daily. We had to extend our stay and the staff saw to it that we kept the same room. The breakfast is one of the best I've seen."

"Great food, breakfast is fabulous lots of choice and actually the hot breakfast was hot which was great compared to other hotels, lovely helpful staff, huge suite, just needs brightening with some colour and touches here and there. Air con needs checking as wasn’t that cold and I am a hot person so really wanted it to be better. Shame there is no jacuzzi in the pool area and the pool is shallow both ends but I did have a lovely massage with Brenda. Overall lovely stay definitely stay again."

"Pretty sure I received email after the cancellation window ended to say that if we wanted to swim in the pool it would cost 10 pounds per person for an hour and needed to be prebooked. This is appalling!! Nothing about this was mentioned when I booked. Gym was included! The upside was that we paid Au$380 for Friday and Saturday night. Upon arrival we were told breakfast was included... Breakfast was fab.. large range of juices, good hot food, fresh fruit salad..."

"Overall very pleased with my one night stay after long drive from Scotland. Bar food was very good and breakfast was also very good! Breakfast was at 7:00 but on arriving soon after it was obvious that the bus tour passengers had been earlier as lots of buffet was awaiting refills, Down side was room was very cold on arrival and took a while to become bearable!."
