"Perfect for a couple and the view across the fields was beautiful. Location is very quiet and has very easy access to the A420 into Oxford and the A34. There is a dedicated parking place and easy access to the property. Modern bathroom and good kitchen facilities. There are a couple of good pubs nearby, although we never tried the Plough in Appleton. Chantal was a great host and responded very quickly to a query we had about the heating. "

The location was perfect for exploring nearby Highclere Castle and Marlborough, The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. The host was friendly and responsive, providing helpful suggestions for local activities and dining options. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for getaway in the English countryside."
