"Large bedroom and bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only downside was that I’d hoped to book a massage in the spa whilst my husband was in a meeting, but when I rang to book before arriving, I was told it was closed on Mondays. When I mentioned it at checkout, I was told it was open! "

However this was the first time in my three week visit to the UK that a service charge was added to the restaurant bill. Not sure why this occurs - please include your costs in your meal prices, rather than adding extra after the meal."
