"The townhouse was very nice. I guess we missed in the description that you could only go by pontoon to town as this is on an island. Also, make sure you tell your taxi driver to take Sunset Point Road - we don't know where the name Manatee came into place and our taxi wanted to take us to the Manatee Inn which is not the right place."

"This property is beautiful from the moment you walk in the front door and can see the white sand beach and turquoise water thru the floor to ceiling windows in the back of the house. The infinity pool is where you can relax or cool off at anytime of the day or night. There is a poolside grill or a fully furnished kitchen for all your cooking needs. All the bedrooms have comfy beds and individual a/c units to keep everyone comfortable. Don't miss the views from the balconies. I can't wait to go...

"We loved this on-the-beach, tucked away condo. Super close (with golf cart) to downtown, Splash Dive Center, and everything we needed. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant and had an amazing time. Place was clean and well-appointed. Grounds-staff was pleasant and do a great job. Definitely would stay again!"

"We spent 2 weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The management company was always responsive and Edwin is fabulous. My only caution is to anyone with trouble negotiating stairs. The LR/kitchen is upstairs; the bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. The palapas on the roof is an extra bonus. Breathtaking 360 view. Comfortable sofa and chairs and a very nice grill which we only used once. The road you use to get here is dirt and fill of potholes but not a problem. Plenty of parking if...

"Our group was very impressed with the property, and the price was quite reasonable. The amenities were plentiful, and the unit and outside property were immaculate and very well cared for. Pool and beach access were perfect, and we never had to wait for lounger use anytime we went to the pool. The kitchen was also well stocked for cooking. We will definitely be coming back in the future. "
