"The hotel was in a great location and the staff was great. The best part was being able to do everything online before we even arrived so all they did was check our ids and off to the room we went. They even gave us this lovely packet of things to do in the area."

"This was our second stay at this hotel . Previously stayed just my husband and I over the new year period . Retuned in April just for one night after a ski trip to Austria . This time with our son , sadly the triple room was disappointing not a patch on the double room we had prior . Reception and restaurant staff really friendly and polite , sadly this is not the same for the bar staff ! Very rude , as hotels.com member we were given a voucher at reception for a complimentary drink , when I handed this to him , he looked down his nose at me and made me feel quite awkward! Location of hotel is fab - very convenient for the airport shuttle bus too . "

"Staff was kind enough to change our room to off the street, which is very loud. All the rooms were unique, creative and quirky. Bed comfortable, thick towels, hot showers. Superficially very ckan, but tiles, etc., could be deep scrubbed. Convenient to train station."

"Great location and Great Staff in heart of downtown Munich Hauptbahnhof area. Stayed here for second Time in so many weeks. Close to everything. Great value for the money money. "The room was clean and spacious, and the location was great. HOWEVER, the hotel only has 1 tiny elevator, which forces you to take the stairs unless you're willing to wait for a while. The rooftop is loud and smokey. If you're a nonsmoker, this is not a pleasant space to grab a drink. The hotel serves breakfast, but it is 20 Euros per person unless you made sure to include it in your reservation. More importantly, the variety of items is relatively limited. Definitely, not worth 20 Euros. The best asset of this hotel is the location and the history behind it "
