Even with a global power outage, the staff were friendly and helpful. This had to be a nightmare for them and they smiled through it and did everything they could to help their many customers. The situation did cause some unavoidable delays, but I truly commend the staff and their management on how well they handled it. Additionally, the facility was very clean and the complimentary breakfast provided many options. The coffee is delicious (even for a coffee snob). Thank you for making our stay...

Great stay, convenient, clean and comfortable

Great location and facility

Very friendly and caring l, excellent staff!

Very centrally located. Amazing staff and clean. My go to place for New York

Perfect. Hotel in New York and they also hold your bag for you. After you check out, I love that

Excellent staff, very polite, accommodating and welcoming. Its minutes walk away from Times Square. Everything is near by. I love staying here. Always my go to hotel. Thanks

Upon entering it was a very clean hotel and the staff was accommodating!

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

Great all around

Great location would stay there again.

4th time coming here, it is alsays good to be stay here

Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.

The staff were very kind and helpful!

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Absolutely love this hotel! Staff is very friendly. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Great location! Great restaurants nearby! Comfortable beds. It would have been nice though if a little birthday card or something was put in my room! Other than that you cannot go wrong staying here and I’m planning to again!

Hotel was conveniently located in midtown manhattan and close to many attractions. It was also close to a subway station which was great for our first time navigating the subway. Close to many food options as well

Convenient location; pleasant staff. Confused about cost of breakfast. Thought it was included, but was charged a large amount for the meals.
