"The pictures that are posted on this website for this hotel are amazing. However, the reality of it is false. This hotel room that I stayed in which was the king Luxe room was extremely dirty. The bathroom smelled like urine. I had to have housekeeper come and clean the bathroom upon checking. The carpet was dirty. The walls were dingy. Also, I myself have a king size bed in my home and I do not believe that the king Luxe room was a king bed size. This is not even a decent hotel to stay in. The reason why I gave it us two stars instead of one was because the house cleaning staff was extremely nice. I do not recommend staying here."

"We loved staying here. The hotel is fairly new and so everything is very clean and well kept. It's so nice to be in the financial district because it's quieter and very accessible to 3 different train lines. Great coffee and bagels nearby. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was clean and as advertised. The breakfast was great. Staff friendly. Super convenient location if going to nyc. The mini store in lobby was very helpful to us as we were busy sightseeing and coming back late. I only gave 4/5 stars on the building due to ongoing construction. Not a big deal, but didn’t know prior. The rooftop restaurant was a nice bonus with amazing views!"

"The room was TINY, there is an office building right next door and the blinds are SHEER so you can see everything and if anyone is in there office and wants to look at your room they can. I just needed a night out of the house so it wasnt a bug deal for me but if you are looking for privacy, space or luxury stay then i would re consider."

"I booked the King suite. Room was nice only down side was the bathroom only had a walk in shower no bath/tub so this caused entire bathroom to flood each time you showered, also water poured out of tiles from side of walls in the bathroom while showering. Another downside, the hotel offered a high roof top bar that advertised open 24/7. I stayed from 7th-10th and bar was not open not one day of my stay and hotel stated they were a separate entity and not sure why they wasnt open. Hotel staff not friendly or helpful when comes to asking for local attractions or help getting around. "

"We booked a 1-night stay through Hotels.com. We arrived late at night after my performance. We were given a room on the 2nd floor, promptly unpacked, and went to bed as I had a matinee performance the next day. Shortly after putting out the light, we were disturbed by the sound of a tram rolling by loudly. This continued the whole night. Turns out the track was right outside our window. Even with a white noise app, there was no getting away from the periodic rumblings—and yes, vibrations—of the tram service. We were too tired to get dressed and ask for another room after unpacking all our things. We tried to sleep but it was one of the worst nights I've ever spent in any hotel. The queen bed mattress wasn't even comfortable. I tried the chair instead and it was equally uncomfortable. My Apple Watch confirmed I barely slept that night. It was not the night of rest we paid for and very much needed. In the morning, when I complained to the manager, he responded "Well, you booked through a third party site. If you had gone to our site directly you would have had the option to pick a room on the other side of the hotel." Wrong answer all around. We shouldn't be penalized for using a third party site if it offered a better price. And it's simply outrageous for any hotel to offer rooms adjacent to any kind of train tracks and not make that abundantly clear on ALL site at the time of booking. Only after a great deal of back and forth did he grant us a partial refund. Never again."
