"Beautiful and historic hotel with lots of art. The rooms are large and comfortable. However, this is not the place to stay if you have a problem with stairs. Our room was on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator but it did not go to our level. Breakfast is included and it is wonderful! Lots of fresh fruit and baked goods, cured meats and cheeses. You can even make a mimosa!"

"This hotel and facility is really nice. The manager was fantastic. And one of the reception female staff was too. However the other female staff with long brown hair was not a friendly person and the word that starts with a B...best describes her behavior. Very unwelcoming. The room is really nice. The buffet breakfast very nice. The restaurant was okay with few options for vegetarians like us. We ate there for the first night, after that we went elsewhere so we would not have to repeat our dinner from the night before. "

"Great central hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, and well equipped. Directly across from the train station and a short walk to Walther square, shops, and the South Tyrol Archaeological Museum. I would stay here again, and would recommend it."
