Nous etions au deuxième étage sans ascenseur donc à prendre en compte si difficulté à monter des escaliers ou des grandes valises. "Nice place to stay, but it got off to a bad start at check-in. There was a problem with my booking. The clerk was accusatory, argued with me when I wasn’t arguing with her, and was overly aggressive in personality. Don’t know why she felt the need to be so loud either. That was the last thing I wanted to deal with after a very long day of traveling. After having to deal with her unpleasantness, everything else went smooth. The hostel itself is very nice. Nice set up. "

"Serious zeruous bed bug infestation, staff know abour it wont do anything serious outher than lie about steam cleaning. Whole place needs fumigation. i have over 100 bites. Other cuatomers had similar experience. Sleeping rough on the beach is preferable. Changed beds got worse. Owner blamws travellers for bringing them in oersonall despite it being a first experience for many. Just avoid."

"It was great location and stay but the only complaint was that the adult only pool closed at 6pm, and the kids pool closed around 7:30. They said this was because the resteraunt was serving dinner. This was sort of annoying since i want to swim in the early evening after coming back from being away from the hotel doing other activities during the day. "Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a suite and it was excellent. the front desk staff were super accommodating and always seemed to be working, no matter the hours. The rooms are spacious and super clean. We rented a car and there was underground parking. We love walking and could easily walk to the old town ( about 20 minutes) and eat and shop. However, there was also an amazing bakery about one block ( around the corner)from our hotel where we picked up breakfast and sandwiches for the day....

"The hotel is a great place to stay! Right on the beach, the food and drinks are good and reasonably priced, and the staff is great! Only complaint I have is that our room did not get cold until late in the evening/morning. We were only there a couple of nights so we made due, but I’m not sure if this was an issue with just our room or if every room is this way."
