"The staff were lovely and so helpful. We loved the big comfy bed. The hotel is convenient for the port and for the station. The only let down was the breakfast - a yoghurt drink, protein bar and an apple. Not what we were expecting when we booked."

"Hôtel super bien situé par rapport au Vieux Québec. Le personnel est vraiment dévoué au service à la clientèle. Belle chambre propre et au goût du jour. Le seul bémol est le restaurant affilié à l'hôtel (Il Teatro). Vraiment ordinaire... Il y a de magnifiques restaurants dans le Vieux Québec, profitez-en pour aller voir ailleurs..."

"I was very happy with the room and how close it was for walking to see many of the Old Quebec attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff understood and spoke English very well and were eager to answer questions when asked. Our room was on the first floor right on Grande Allee and on Friday and Saturday night when the very busy bar across the street was at maximum and loud we wouldn’t hear a peep! I appreciated that they were able to keep some of the original doors, mouldings, fireplaces, etc. so I could experience some of the buildings old charm. Parking wasn’t too bad. You could easily get out to shop or explore when guests were checking out at 11am but get back by 3:30pm when the next guests were checking in. I would highly recommend and hope to go back to visit again."

"Everything was great, only the price was on the higher side, but I guess the period was the one influencing it. One note that I need to mention is that the bathroom layout was king of strange with the faucet for the shower placed far from the shower head and the hanger for the towels far from...the shower. Not sure what the designer of the bathroom had in his mind..."
