Hotel Chateau Laurier Quebec

"Location was great, right next to the Citadel, walking distance from many must-see sights and wonderful restaurants. Room was large. Our room was quiet, as it faced the courtyard, but the couple we were traveling with had a room over Grand Allée, right over a bar, which was very noisy until 3 in the morning! The front desk staff were lovely (and found a quieter room for our traveling companions that overlooked the courtyard as well, and offered a $20 card for their wine machine in the lobby). As mentioned previously, our room was large and well equipped. However, our room didn’t get made up for our entire stay of 3 nights, despite having the “please make up our room” for ample hours each day! That was a tad disappointing. But aside from that, it was a nice stay. We drove our 100% electric car, and appreciated the 50% discount off the $29/night parking fee, and the 2 electric chargers in the parking garage on level 4b (download the Flo app prior to staying)."

"Chambre dans la section Urbania avec accès au salon VIP Rouge. Toujours un plaisir de prendre un moment de détente, piscine, spas et hamac. C'est notre hôtel coup de coeur pour ma femme et moi. Nous y retournerons bientôt."

"Ce qui m,a décus , le lit étai très dur, toutes la literie avait une senteur désagréables ,nous avons mis un de nos chandails sur les oreiller pour changer la senteur ,serviettes et débarbouillettes avaient aussi cette senteur, et étaient tres rudes ..De toute notre vie ( et nous avons beaucoup voyager ) c,est la première fois que cela nous arrivaient, J,avais demander une chambre au rez-de chaussée car une de nous est a mobilité réduite.La chambre était a l,autre bout du couloir,nous sommes retourner à la réception pour signalé ce problème et demandé une autre chambre plus près de la sortie ,la personne a dit qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre ,et 5 minutes après il y avait une autre chambre."

"it was very clean but we like super clean, no carpets. check-in staff was excellent, check-out staff less friendly. Parking was OK and L2 chargers worked but required a app to use out side the many i already had. Hotel is beautiful and allows to feel like being outside when in pool garden area."
