"Nice room in a nice resort. The resort has a thermal option in the pool area that you can pay for. You need to let them know ahead of time if you want to use it, which I didn't know until I was going to the pool and asked about it. Pillows were too big. I should have asked for a smaller one before going to bed. Did without in the middle of the night."
