This 3-bedroom / 3-bathroom residence at Chateau Chamonix is conveniently located a short stroll away from the mountain village and boasts excellent access to the skiing, hiking and biking trails. The residence has a spacious layout, comfortable living area with flat screen TV with DVD player, plush sofas, gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining area, and there is also a great size entry mudroom and laundry with washer and dryer.

The bedrooms consist of a primary bedroom with an attached primary bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and large soaker tub. The second bedroom also has an attached bathroom, and the third bedroom bath is located across the hall. All of the bedrooms feature flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. Please note there is no queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

During summer, enjoy the easy stroll to the Steamboat Ski Area promenade and the refreshing Rocky Mountain stream that flows through the base area, where summer activities and events such as free concerts and art exhibits enhance Steamboat's splendid summertime surroundings.
