This top floor Bronze Tree 605 condo, brought to you by Mountain Vacation Lodging, is a step above the rest. Guests will enjoy high ceilings, ample natural light and a large balcony overlooking the Steamboat Ski Mountain/Base Area. The condo has a very fresh feel with upscale décor, high end furnishings and Samsung 'Frame' TV's, which can act as both art and a tv. This condo could accommodate a family, a few couples or a group of singles looking for a quiet vacation right next to the slopes. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with two queen beds and both with ensuite baths. If you have a gamer in the group, there is a Play Station 4, along with a few games in the second bedroom. Bronze Tree, as a complex, is situated just steps from the ski mountain and boasts both an indoor pool/hot tub/sauna along with an outdoor hot tub. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and activities right out your door. The free private shuttle for Bronze Tree guests and the year round city shuttle service means you can leave the car in the underground parking area!

-- Lifts: Walk out, Ski In. To start the day guests just need to walk down a few stairs and they're on the slopes. At the end of the day guests can walk inside and drop off their skis/boards in the private heated ski locker room.
-- Town: The Steamboat Base Area with restaurants, bars and shops is just a few steps away from the complex. Downtown Steamboat, with additional restaurants, bars and shops is less than 4 miles away.
-- Transportation: The Ski Time Square bus stop, for the free Steamboat Transit Bus, is just down the stairs in the front of the complex and then across the street. Uber, Lyft and Alpine Taxi are other transportation options, if guests choose to not bring a vehicle.
-- Views: Sweeping views of the Steamboat Ski Mountain and Base Area from Private Top Floor Balcony
Arrival, Access, and Parking:
– Accessing the Property – The Bronze Tree complex has an elevator that goes to all floors. The underground parking garage is on the 4th floor and the unit is on the 6th floor. There are no necessary stairs between the garage and the elevator. There are stairs as an alternative to the elevator. The pool/hot tub/sauna are on a floor where it is necessary to go up or down a few stairs for access.
– Parking – Parking is limited but not assigned. Parking is available in the 4th floor covered garage or the 5th floor open air parking lot. Guests should not plan on bringing more than 2 cars. There is overflow parking available on a first come first serve basis. The parking garage has a height limit of 6'2".
If guests need additional parking options, we ask them to contact us for more options.
– 4WD vehicle information – 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions
