"The hotel is between 2 busy highways. Even with earplugs it was hard to sleep with the roar of traffic all night. Breakfast was okay but no dark roast coffee (only decaf or light roast). Overall, a disappointing stay for a Hampton and the premium price."

"Good motel for the price"

"The employee at the front desk was awesome"

"We were only here for one night so the amenities I cannot speak on. However, the standard of cleaning in the bathroom for a 300$/Night room was definitely a disappointment. I will probably stay there again if we return to Bristol, but we will certainly inspect the next visit very thoroughly."

"Clean, quiet, and safe. I enjoyed staying here."

"The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together."

"We had the Presidents Suite on the 10th floor. No issues with the room except to say the traffic noise from the highway was a little loud. Overall a great stay.Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.Clean room and well maintained grounds. There is a restaurant downstairs that has evening and breakfast service. We will reserve a room here again if we are in the area."

"There was rat poop in between our bedsheets. The tub was dirty, like if someone just got out of the tub and left it they tried to give us another room. The adjoining door would not lock, but they thought that they could put a chair in front of the door to hold it shut. People are living in the hotel one couple said that they were in between places to live so they were staying there for a while. It was absolutely disgusting. The outside looked abandoned. The whole experience at this hotel was the...

"Spend a little more and upgrade quality. This was an extended state facility with no dishes/utensils/cups in the room. On the day of checkout, the elevator did not work. The “grab and go” breakfast is nothing but a few sugary/high fructose corn syrup processed wheat flour packaged snacks. Shady looking characters lurking around the back side of property smoking pot. The Front Desk employees were very cordial. I felt sorry that they had to deal with a low quality property."

"The property was easy access, and very friendly staff."
