"I don’t know why this place has such high ratings. It’s basically a motel. I think the only thing nice about this is the view from the room and the garden. Our room smelled like cigarettes and we were traveling with our baby. There is no heater for the room, just a small heater you plug in that doesn’t even make the room warm. We were cold all night. The girl at the front desk with dark hair was very sweet though. "

"The guys who checked us in on Wednesday was outstanding!! The gal serving coffee on Friday is rude and disinterested in her job. Had to get her off her phone to do ANYTHING. If I was her boss she would have been done after her attitude and rudeness. "
