"Staff was helpful. However, I received an email for pre-check in, so I provided all my information and was requested the exact same information upon arrival. Unsure what the purpose of pre-check in is. The room was clean, however there was no shampoo in the shower compartment, only conditioner and shower gel. One of the lamps with extra outlets and USB slots did not work."

The host was attentive and responsive, though her living quarters were right next to our room and her access was through the kitchenette, so there is no complete privacy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and conveniently located."
