"Absolutely fantastic staff, simply brilliant! Silly Italian police came to the room to tell me off for sitting on the balcony but that was not the hotels fault! The staff, the room, the bed, the shower and the cleanliness were all absolutely 100%. Thank you for a great stay!!"

"We stayed at Palazzo Lorenzo for 3 nights in July. I can’t fault this hotel. It’s quaint and very quiet mainly due to its location being on the outskirts of the city (15 mins walk) The T2 tram is nearby which brings you direct to the airport. Hotel staff were at hand if needed and breakfast had an extensive buffet choice no matter what your dietary requirements were. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Charming, characterful hotel with quirky features. Bed was especially comfortable. Great shower, good air conditioning. I would have liked to have milk with the coffee facilities in the room. Loved Florence the atmosphere was friendly and you felt safe lots of nationalities milling around. My favourite bit of my stay was walking around the duomo in the evening soaking up the atmosphere. "
