"This is an excellent hotel. We stayed here 3 nights. It is about 1.5 miles from Uffizi. Walk directly along the river to/from the hotel. The service we got was the best of our entire vacation. Staff was very helpful and English speaking. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Street construction made accessing the hotel by car a bit difficult, and we had to park at a public lot about 4-5 blocks away. It was nice being away from all of the tourists and crowds, yet close enough to walk or taxi to get to restaurants, shopping or museums. I would stay here again. Very please with this choice and felt it was a very good value. "

Shout out to the food and beverage manager, Daniele. He was really pleasant to talk to, had a lot of local information to share and makes wonderful salad! I would highly recommend this hotel. It was my favorite while I was staying in Florence."
