"If you have trouble with stairs don't stay here. Lovely place but the drive to the house is difficult. And then the stairs up to your room, oh my. I had to leave after one night as I just couldn't face them daily. And having to drive the narrow, twisting road at dusk was frightening. It was a great room and the quiet was outstanding. Host was a lovely lady. Just I'm too old for all the climbing."

"This was my second stay here and I absolutely love it! Everything about it is lovely and I hope to stay again when I'm back in the area!!"

"We were very comfortable in the apartment. Great location we walked into town often. A little hiccup at check in was rectified by the owner and her assistant. Enjoyed our stay."

"If you want a unique place to stay outfitted with high end sleek amenities, this is the place. This floating condo had a great view towards the bay, including sea planes docked close by and great sunrises. There was never any time where we felt any motion either. The downside is that it is very close to a major highway with traffic noise, but we didn’t let that bother us. Host is very attentive. We’d love the chance to stay here again!"

""Treehouse retreat" accurately describes this property. Peaceful perch in Mill Valley, Beautiful panoramic views in the trees, quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from Muir Woods, Muir Beach and Muir Beach Overlook. Great seafood just a few minutes away at Hook Fish Co. Communication was perfect and owners were patient when we didn't promptly respond to given spotty cellular access on our road trip through Yosemite and Sequoia."

"House was perfect in all aspects - amazing location, perfect set up for my family of 4, easy to park, walk to town in a few minutes…and so much more (including easy communication with the owner) I will definitely plan to stay here again on my next visit!"

"so good"

"This is a tough one to review, honestly. We didn't end up staying. The location was great, the tree house vibe was awesome, my kid loved the porch swing, and it appeared clean/neat inside. But it smelled very musky! We debated about what to do and ended up deciding not to stay. The place is surrounded by cement walls on two sides, so while we didn't see any evidence of mold, it was reasonable to worry there might be. We would have been concerned about air quality/mold spores during our whole...
