"Had a terrible experience at this hotel. I specifically booked this hotel because it said they were “pet friendly” on Expedia. They absolutely are not. I did not mind that my ESA dog is not considered a service animal and I would have to pay a fee but upon arrival I was asked to sign a contract that said I cannot leave my dog alone in the room at any time. It also said that if my dog barks at all I can be fined $250. I asked about this and wanted to know if my dog is allowed in the pool area which I was told he was not allowed, so I said how am I supposed to use the pool if I cannot leave my dog in the room. The older woman at the front desk who was not even the one checking me in was so nasty and said that I should have thought about that before booking and read their policies. Such terrible attitude and customer service. I felt constant anxiety during my stay that my dog who is a relatively good and calm dog might bark and cause me a fine by this hotel. I also could not use any amenities such as the pool because of this policy. Don’t state that you’re pet friendly when you clearly are not. Will absolutely not go back here with or without my dog. And the woman at the desk needs an attitude adjustment because her customer service is disrespectful. When we came back to the hotel in the evening after being out for dinner with our dog, she made a nasty face at us too. Hilton, please fix this for your future guests. Btw no mention of the 250 fine online in their policy"

"The staff was welcoming and courteous. The TV in the room didn't have cable so they use Internet TV but the wifi was awful so it didn't work at all. There was no hot water whatsoever. All showers were ice cold. Lastly there was an outdoor light right outside of the door shining inside all night. Not a very enjoyable stay"

"Amazing beach access, multiple pools, great food and bar options. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again."

"Downtown Key West is a great place to drink and party. But if you want that on some days, but want to combine with "just chilling," this is the place. Drop dead gorgeous views, watching private fishing boats come in and out, great restaurant food (wow!) etc. It is worth every penny! PS: concierge steered us to some "local" spots nearby that were amazing!"

"This is a very cool resort!Main Lobby & Reception area is super stylish & inviting! I didn't stay in the more modern tower, I was over in what they call the Garden Hotel (probably the original 2 story unit). The rooms were very clean/comfortable. I loved the styling! There are several light accents & cool privacy screens for the window. Everything was well maintained/sturdy. Bed was very comfy too. There's a ton of parking behind the property, but the closer lot fills up fast if you don't arrive until later. I loved the bracelet key cards so you could just hold your wrist up to the doors for entry. Pools were very nice & plenty of entertainment/drink options everywhere. They were working on the main lawn the whole time, so most of the grass activities weren't accessible a majority of the time. There's a Starbucks onsite which grants visitors a discount. It was a super cool place & I might be staying there again for my next visit!"
