"I had a late flight into Atlanta and when i called ahead and spoke to Margaret at the front desk, she was incredibly acomadating - considering i checked in at almost 2:00 AM! The hotel does look a little older but the staff was amazong. Will defintwey stay again when I come back o this area for work. "

Her professionalism and warmth made a real difference. Every hotel has its hiccups, but what matters most is how the staff responds, and in that area The Connally really delivered.
