"Absolutely awful experience! We tried to contact the owner a week before the booking on here as well as repeatedly on the phone until he answered an hour before we left for the apartment. He had no idea of the booking as well as it was not meant to have been available. He offered us his other apartment that apparently slept up to 5 people which we said we would view first.
