Went to reception and was told that was what I had booked and therefore there was nothing that they would do about it as I booked via Expedia and not directly with themselves. I won't be using Hilton again!!"

"The friendliest staff (in all areas/roles) and beautifully finished rooms. The food was sinply incredible - breakfast is an absolute must. Comfortable, cosy and the perfect spot for being near the NEC but far away enough to rest and relax after a long day. Not enough space to be able to say how great this place is - even the farm shop is amazing!"
