All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Not much noise outside considering how busy the Christmas markets were, so we slept comfortably. "

"Because of the automated check-in, you do have to wait until the allotted time. However, this is the only real drawback. The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable and the staff very helpful (if you ever even need them, given how well-organised things are). It’s a short walk into Aachen centre, but you can get the bus, if needed."
