"The cabin location was great for enjoying the peace and quiet. We saw fawns as soon as we pulled into Boulder Run Subdivision. Sitting on the deck we enjoyed watching the squirrels, birds, and hearing the owls, as well as the amazing sunsets over the ridge. We could even view the sun reflecting off of Sugarloaf Mountain in the mornings. The cabin was spacious and had nearly everything we needed except a vegetable peeler, measuring cup, and plastic drinkware for sipping ice tea while relaxing on...

Whispering Woods Cabins & Grill

Whispering Woods Cabins & Grill

8/10 Good
"Very clean cozy cabin. Well equipped kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Everything you need for a few days. While it did have a nice view of the lake, the lake was quite a distance (maybe 1/4 to 1/2 mile away). Overlooked a road that had quite noisy trucks during the day. It quieted down at night. Had a problem with the shower drain. They offered to move me to another cabin, but I didn't want to go through the hassle for just one night."
